Andoitz is a straight up a really kick ass dude. I didn’t get to meet him in person, but he made absolutely sure to keep me fully informed at all times, and about any single issue I could think of it, via WhatsApp. He was patient, prompt and really interested in making sure that I had an awesome Basque experience, and I most assuredly did.
