Villa Karina is a spacious detached villa with a delightful swimming pool & garden area, located just 2200m from the Balcon de Europa. Accommodation is on 3 levels. Ground floor comprises main lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, sat TV & access to the terrace. The kitchen is spacious & well equipped with dishwasher, full oven & large fridge freezer. There is also a shower room on this level. The upper level comprises 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles with en-suite bathrooms), a twin bedroom & family bathroom with corner bath. All 3 bedrooms have access to a terrace. The lower level comprises open plan living/dining room with kitchen area. 1 air conditioned twin bedroom, plus a shower room. There is also a utility area on the upper landing. Private swimming pool (approx 7x4m) set in delightful gardens & terraces. BBQ area. Sun loungers etc.

Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe! Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
