Lovely, fully-renovated west-facing 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex in Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella with amazing views over the sea and community pools, surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is completely new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room. 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of 3 euros per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price. A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.
