Superb apartment built in 2021, 3 bedroom luxury apartment fully equipped with stunning views of the golf course, the Mediterranean and the mountains. Spacious shaded terrace of 25m2 and solarium of 125 M2 benefiting from the sun all day long. Peaceful location with secure parking and very large communal swimming pool supervised in season for the safety of children, perfect for golfers, hikers and those looking for a relaxing and quiet destination. The accommodation The apartment offers an incredible view, enjoy the view in the shade of the terrace or in the sun from the rooftop solarium! Walking distance to the clubhouse and golf courses and beautiful walks to the lighthouse of the nature reserve and the beach.

The apartment is located in the residential complex of the Golf & Beach Resort Alcaidesa, the beach is 5 minutes by car, it is also possible to go on foot through the nature reserve, you also have a small square in the center of Alcaidesa with some restaurants, bar and a small supermarket. The port of Sotogrande is at 8 minutes by car (great place to walk or enjoy the many restaurants, the more lively port of Puerto de la Duquesa is at 15 minutes by car (very lively with many bars and restaurants) you also have at 10 minutes by car (LOS BARIOS) shopping with many big brands and Gibraltar is also at 10 minutes.
