c’est Beverly hills en Espagne . la vue est extraordinaire. la maison est une villa luxueuse au sommet d’une Coline où s’accrochent des villas toutes plus belles les unes que les autres . La piscine est magnifique la vue aussi à couper le souffle tout comme le jardin est une promenade botanique. Georges est charmant, l’accueil est à la hauteur des lieux .

Lassen Sie sich verführen. In den zwei Apartments / Ferienwohnungen werden Sie sich wohlfühlen. Eingebettet in einem schönen Hausekomplex bieten die Apartments / Ferienwohnungen sehr stilvolles und privates Ambiente. Die Zimmer innerhalb der Villa Finca haben großzügige Dimensionen, einen eigenen Zungang und eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, auf die unsere Gäste unterwegs besonderen Wert legten. Jedes dieser Apartments unseres Hauses ist individuell und mit Sorgfalt ausgestattet.
Ein langersehnter Traum - WIRD WAHR! Ein Ferienhaus in einer Urlaubsregion in der es fast immer warm und sonnig ist, in der man - wenn man mal älter wird - ein zu Hause findet, welches leicht mit dem Flugzeug zu erreichen ist (aber auch mit dem Auto nicht unmöglich) und wo man Meer und Berge findet. Geliebäugelt habe ich da immer mit Mallorca, die Insel in die ich mich schon vor Jahren verliebt hatte, nicht zuletzt wegen des großartigen Essens. Es müsste schwer sein, mich von dieser Ortswahl abzubringen, wenn es denn irgendwann mal so weit sein sollte. Jetzt Jahre später, wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt. Nach 3 Jahren Urlaub in Folge an der Costa Blanca habe ich die wunderschöne Landschaft, die netten Menschen, die schönen Städte, die Steilküsten, die Orangenbäume, die gepflegten Restaurants, das unschlagbar gesunde Klima, die Berge und viele Immobilien kennen lernen dürfen. Die anfänglichen Immobilienbesichtigungen waren von Interesse geprägt. Dies änderte sich jedoch von Jahr zu Jahr! Im Frühjahr 2014 war es dann so weit.
Die Villa/Finca Costa Blanca (Haus Refugio) befindet sich in exponierter Lage direkt im Herzen der gehobenen Urbanisation Monte Pego und genau zwischen Valencia und Alicante, gegenüber der Mittelmeer Insel Ibiza. Beide Flughäfen sowohl Alicante als auch Valencia sind 95 km entfernt. Beide Städte werden täglich mehrmals angeflogen, daraus ergibt sich eine hervorragende An- und Abreisemöglichkeit ohne selbst vom Flugverkehr betroffen zu sein. Die Urbanisation Monte Pego gehört zur Provinz Valencia und ist nur wenige Minuten von Denia, der Hauptstadt der Region Marina Alta entfernt. Monte Pego ist ein kosmopolitischer, mediterraner Wohnbezirk, der bereits in den 70er Jahren gegründet wurde und über eine gut gewachsene Infrastruktur verfügt. Aufgrund seiner Weitläufigkeit gehört Monte Pego zu den Bezirken von Pego und Rafol d´Almunia. Die Villa/Finca befindet sich im dritten Bezirk Denia. Gerade dieser Bereich glänzt durch die wundervollen Panoramaaussichten auf das Meer bis hin nach Valencia, auf die Berge, sowie auf den Naturpark Marjal Pego-Oliva. Monte Pego ist priviligiert durch sein einzigartiges Mikroklima.
