Property info

This apartment is located next to the famous "Canebière" and the old port of Marseille. At 165 Rue Consolat, 13004 Marseille, it is only a few minutes walk from the tram, metro Longchamp and several bus stops. The apartment was completely renovated in 2010. It offers 55 m² living space with all modern comforts with two bedrooms for four people. The apartment is on the second and last floor of a building with four apartments. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has a dining room with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. A staircase leads to two spacious rooms in the attic, each with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, a washing machine and a toilet. ​Parking is available on streets. By public transport you can reach the beaches in about 15 minutes. The shops and restaurants are within 200 meters of the apartment. An ideal location in the heart of Marseille!
