Property info

Nice large studio with its wooden beams and very sunny space, you will enjoy a equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large dinning table and TV with satellite. Very calm space with two large windows anti noise. A short walk to the Opera Bastille, the Marais and the Place des Vosges. Perfect for long term stays to feel the city, for work. Located on the first floor with no elevator. Good WIFI and very safe. A nice and authentic Parisian apartment located in "rue de la roquette" few meters away from the "Place de la Bastille" , the "Marais" district and the " Place des Vosges". One of the best locations in Paris to feel the city and live like a local. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops for this lively district. The apartment is in a very safe building, calm and has all the amenities for long stays.
