Close to the town centre and easy access to the Peak District. This newly built attached annexe is a private, open plan living space, just up the road from Burton Town centre with easy access to local amenities and stunning views towards Derbyshire. You will be able to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis, relax in front of the Tv, or get on with a spot of work in the large open plan living space, including: a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing.
The private living space is situated on a quiet drive of 8 beautiful and distinct houses with stunning views towards Derbyshire. We are only about a mile from the town centre and are close to all necessary amenities. We are also lucky enough to have some great walks from our doorstep. There are lots of ways to get around. There are local bus services nearby that can take you all the way to East Midlands Airport, if required! We are a short walk from Burtons' beautiful washlands, and less than 20 minutes walk into Burton, too! The Waterloo pub is nearby and has regular entertainment at weekends. There are lots of local bike trails, and there is space in the garage for you to store your bikes at your own risk.
