Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a small patio area. 1 Countryman Inn Cottages is a wonderful holiday base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and beyond.

Situated in Lower Wensleydale, the village of Hunton is just five miles from Leyburn. Local facilities include a pub with restaurant, a traditional shop with post office and a village green with play area. With Wensleydale and Swaledale easily accessible, this is an excellent place for walking enthusiasts, although the towns of Richmond and Middleham are within a 10-minute drive, as are the attractive market towns of Bedale and Leyburn. With a golf course less than a mile from Hunton itself, the area has something to suit all tastes. Other attractions include Fountains Abbey, the Beamish and Lightwater Valley as well as Constable Burton Hall Gardens - with extensive parkland and woodland walks â and the Forbidden Corner with its underground passages to explore.
