Excellent location, suitable walking distance for both town centre and football stadiums. Welcome package of milk etc was greatly appreciated. Excellent communication from vendor. House was clean and tidy and met our needs

2 bed house sleeps 4-5, x 2 bathrooms, centrally located for all your needs, private garden, private off road parking, very quiet/friendly location, 10 min walk to city centre 5 min walk to new Everton fc stadium, 15 min walk to Liverpool fc stadium, 5 min walk to project Jenifer hosting all leisure/sport and shopping amenities, 5 min walk to new dock road development hosting a number of new generation of bars and restaurants.
