WHO ARE WE We are a locally owned company specialising in short term holiday lets. Jason Redman is a Chartered Surveyor and Kathryn Lorimer a Chartered Accountant, so we both bring a high level of professionalism to our work. Our hospitality Manager usually 'meets and greet' guests upon their arrival, although we have a convenient 'key box' at the property and due to health and safety concerns regarding the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we are now requesting guests to 'self check-in' using this method :) We have been involved in holiday lettings management since 2001 and now handle some 20 properties in central Edinburgh. For visiting guests to Edinburgh, we are passionate about providing guests with a first class experience and as you would expect we are friendly, reliable and professional with all our interactions. We love our guests, and nothing makes us happier than happy guests! We are continually working to ensure that we deliver the best possible service for our guests.

Sleeps 1 to 4 persons. In the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, this is a location perfectly situated for visitors to explore the historic sights (just 2 mins walk from Castle). This bright and sunny 2nd floor apartment has been newly renovated and has lovely rooftop views across the historic Grassmarket area. There is a comfortable living room / dining area, well equipped newly fitted kitchen and a family bathroom (with bath and shower). A double bedroom plus a double 'sofa-bed' (great for kids or a cosy couple!). Bathroom with bath and shower. Wi-fi and Smart TV (Netflix enabled) are included. We usually 'meet and greet' our guests upon their arrival at the property, although health and safety concerns during the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we have a convenient key box at the property and are requesting guests to 'self check-in' using this method :)

NEIGHBOURHOOD Location, location, location! This apartment is fantastic for couples, families and friends (up to 4 persons). Ideally situated on the beautiful West Bow / Victoria Street in Edinburgh's Old Town, it's the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh's rich history with Edinburgh Castle and The National Museum of Scotland just 3-5 mins walk away. When you're tired of walking, there are plenty of restaurants (from fine dining to fabulous Bistros), a bustling cafe scene and many Scottish pubs for you beer lovers and whisky connoisseurs. Only 25 mins in a taxi from Edinburgh airport or 5 mins drive from the Waverley Train station.
