My room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a range of good choices. All of the staff I encountered were helpful with a smile.
The hotel is a short drive to Queensferry and the Forth Bridge
The location is fantastic with views directly out to the iconic Forth Bridge. The property is on the Main Street of the old town and is close to cosy cafés and restaurants.
The house is beautiful and in the most stunning location with view of the Forth Bridge. Our host Lorna was lovely and helpful and kept in touch to check everything was ok over the weekend. We would definitely book to stay here again for visiting Edinburgh.
Trendy, smelt wonderful (but some might find it over powering). Staff were helpful and friendly. Great view of Forth Bridge from our room. We enjoyed Queens Ferry very much (15 min walk). Close to airport and enjoyed the shuttle included in our stay.
A very cosy-posh house in a quaint area with lots of ice-cream parlours and picturesque view of the Forth Bridge. Kitchen was well equipped with treats like biscuits, chocolates, cereal and coffee options which my family enjoyed. Fresh roses on the dining table, bath robes like a 5 star hotel!
You cannot beat the location for the view of the Firth of Forth bridges. A bit of a walk from the railway station and the quickest way is up and down some very, very steep steps. I was really impressed with the room as it was spacious and had all the required ammenities. I did not eat in the hotel but the bar and food area looked inviting. All in all a great stay.
Excellent location and views out over the Forth Bridge.
A brilliant bar and the food was outstanding.
The service from all members of staff was brilliant.
Really quiet and clean rooms.
We’ll definitely be recommending the hotel to family and friends.
Great location between the Forth Bridges. Owner very helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome and at home. Family home with some quirky features. We loved staying there.
Great sized apartment, with everything you need for a weekend away. It's really like a home from home. Very clean, well laid out, a great shower and lots of clear instructions on how everything works. Location is great, in a quaint wee village with views to the Forth bridges, and also close to main transport routes. Parking was a little tricky, but there are plenty of parking options sent with the instructions, and we could always park within 2 minute walk from the front door.
