Lovely spot to come to after so many years since we were here first

Excellent location with spectacular views if you like awesome bridges.

Very close to the airport, can check in and out any time needed, clean, beds are comfortable, there was a non-UK power outlet, there was some coffee (regular and decaf) and tea in the room

Almost everything was perfect. It was so quiet and the blackout curtains were excellent. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was just as I like it. The breakfast was good; lots of choice, although the coffee from the machine wasn't hot enough. If I could complain about anything at all, it would be that the hairdryer cable wasn't long enough for the mirror outside the bathroom door. I couldn't find the shuttle bus and instead of searching up and down the airport, I decided to walk. No big deal; it wasn't far and certainly not the hotel's fault. The airport is poorly signposted.

Free breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. Check in receptionist was vey friendly and helpful. Nice room, spotless bathroom. Delicious peperoni pizza at 11.99 was very reasonable.

Friendly staff, perfect location with bus stop right in front of the door, clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast offers.

We booked here as we needed to be close to the airport. The rooms were all clean and comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly

The location is great, easily accessible by public transport and quiet from all the city centre noises of pubs etc. The restaurant underneath was super tasty and affordable. We will definitely be booking again when we visit Scotland again.

The staff were lovely, the room had everything you would require. Very clean. Short walk to train station to go to Edinburgh for day trips. The room for dining with your own food was a terrific idea, fully equipped with utensils and microwave, etc. Decore was beautiful. Delicious hot food takeaway and bakery a 1 min walk away. Our room was upstairs, came with cheeky seagulls on the roof, loved that! A gorgeous, welcoming home. Parking was large, well sealed and close to the front door.

Lovely location, really spacious room, comfortable beds, wonderful view, cozy breakfast café and friendly owners (it is a family institution).

The Pakistani lady there was very helpful and respectful, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities of the room and the hotel were amazing, and lastly, the location of the property is in a very quiet town

The owner gave me a lovely tour of the garden. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean aswell. All over a good stay
