Super modern, amazing kitchen/diner, conveniently located, impeccably clean and generally well equipped. Very good value compared to other houses nearby which I saw while doing my research (which were dated, lacked amenities, or were inconveniently located). Easy drive to Twycross Zoo (whole day out - kids loved it), easy drive to Coventry Air Museum (I loved it - kids indifferent, ah well) and nearby train stations can easily take you to Coventry centre and its attractions etc. My kids were 3 and 2 (at time of visiting), I'd probably recommend this more to families with kids older than 4 or 5.

Fully renovated and beautifully presented house in the village of Ansley. The house has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and is suitable for families and business travellers alike. The kitchen is well equipped and thought has been given to all the items guests need to ensure their stay away from home is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Linen and towels are high quality and are changed weekly for guests enjoying longer stays. The house has 3 bedrooms but, with sofa beds in two additional rooms can cater for up to 6 people. Private parking for two cars is available on the drive. and the house has a private entrance and back door leading onto a deligthful and newly laid garden. The garden has patio, ideal for enjoying the evening sunshine with a glass of something refreshing! A short walk from the house is a delightful pub serving great food. There is also a fish and chip shop 5 minutes walk away. The local park is an ideal place to take young children and it is very well maintained. Nuneaton is ideally siutaed for transport links to place in Coventry, Birmingham and Leicester, being only a short distance from the A5, M6, M69 and M42.
I love hosting our houses as it gives me an opportunity to design lots of houses as well as meeting lots of new people! I have gone out of my way to ensure the houses are exceptionally comfortable as well as functional and I am always on hand to deal with any issues, should they arise. I pride myself on using a team of exceptional cleaners whose standards are as high as my own so guests can rest assured that the properties will always be spotless.
The house is located on the edge of Nuneaton and in the Warwickshire countryside. Nuneaton is 20 minutes from Coventry (15 minutes by train) and 30 minutes from Birmingham. Nearby attractions include Drayton Manor theme park and Twycross Zoo. Historic Bosworth Battle Field is a short drive away. The M42, M6, M69 and A5 are all easily accessible. Ansley is a delightful and peaceful village with lovely neighbours and a pub just 2 minutes walk away!
