Aurora is a well presented first floor apartment built to a high standard with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and open plan living & kitchen & dining room. Furnished with a contemporary feel perfect for the whole family to enjoy their stay. Located a short walk from the vibrant village of Ashley Cross which offers a variety of local bars, restaurants and coffee shops. This impressive apartment located on the first floor of a purpose built block with underground parking for one car and lift access direct to floor 1 from the car park. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. Comfortable seating in the living room with Smart TV. The kitchen offers electric oven, induction hob, built-in fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Master Bedroom with King size 5ft bed, En-suite shower room (walk-in double shower, W.C, basin and heated towel rail) Second bedroom with standard 4ft 6 ins double bed. Family Bathroom (bath with shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail).
LOWER PARKSTONE - With a cultural heart and excellent restaurants... Lower Parkstone is a popular residential suburb situated on the slopes above Poole.
