Absolutely incredible stay, from check in to check out it was a perfect stay. Check in was super easy and clear. Easy directions. The room was so incredibly clean and really nice. The breakfast was so delicious. Super accommodating! The hosts were so nice and even gave us a great recommendation for our drive back to the airport. Easy walk into town and had a great evening in Inverness!

The facility was in the perfect location to town, the room was spacious perfect layout for us, the staff and owners were attentive and super friendly as well as helpful to our journey! we also love that the place like a comfortable Scottish cabin and we felt like we were in a hallmark movie!

Our stay at Aye Stay was fantastic!!! Roberta and David were the absolute best hosts, so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor throughout is so cute but so tasteful and all their recent renovations make it even more beautiful. From the little Nessie out front to the hairy coo key holders to the little library room, every space has something to explore and find the little hidden details. The breakfast was also fantastic and David and Roberta helped give little suggestions to help make our plans for the day. The location is also fantastic for us. Set away from the business of the city but only a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to downtown and restaurants. One of our favorite stays of our trip!!

Very friendly and accommodating. was easy to see the owners put a special amount of effort into the property.

Everything! More than what we expected. First Class! A renovated old home. Owners live on the property. Excellent breakfast and you chose what you want the night before. Very quiet location, room was exceptionally quiet. You didn't even realize there were other guests in the building. Beautifullly done rooms, bathroom had all the amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). Packages of cookies and local water. Beds were very comfortable. David kept in contact with us when it was closer to our stay. There is a co-op at the corner (one half block away from the hotel). The bears loved their stay. Beautifully decorated outside, too.

Exceptional in so many ways. David made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed talking with him and all that has been done to make the B&B more modern. And what a transformation. The rooms are so welcoming and the details of the decor are lovely. wait until you see the breakfast room We arrived early and he opened the door so we could leave our luggage. He spent time with us to recommend restaurants and places to walk. The accommodation is a quick walk to town following the river. Although our room was not renovated it was still fine. Very clean, biscuits and tea, hot shower and a comfy bed. David gave us a nice tote bag he designed as a gift because our room was not refurbished. that was a thoughtful gesture Our breakfast was cooked to order and the choices were varied and delicious. A tiny Scottish flag was the embellishment on the haggis. All those little touches make your stay very special. Thanks do. dry much for your hospitality.

The stay was fantastic. Great location and the sweet family that runs the guest house are amazingly gracious and great resources for things to see and do

Great room design and settings Huge attention paid to details Friendly and helpful staff Very comfortable beds

Very clean and David and Roberta were brilliant, very sociable without being “in you face”

Amazing b&b with amazing hosts. Breakfast is great and room was very comfortable.
