CovStays, set up in 2020, are a small, fast-growing company based in Coventry City Centre where we have 45 short-stay, serviced studios, through to 3-bed apartments. We offer an alternative to the standard hotel/B&B - and welcome worldwide guests staying for leisure or business, or contractors working away from home. Bimal has >20 years experience as a Property Developer and Landlord providing property rentals for students and professionals.

Property info

Lovely, modern, comfortable basement studio apartment, with an area of 21m2, which is accessed via a gate with illuminated steps down to your own private front door. The apartment comprises a king bed, wardrobe, drawers, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming services, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, combi oven, washer/dryer & fully-tiled shower room with electric shower. At the rear of the apartment there are double patio doors which lead out onto a small paved courtyard. Warm-white LED downlighters have been fitted throughout and complemented by mood lighting. Flooring is grey vinyl. A small dining table and chairs have been provided for you to enjoy your meals. Alternatively there is a comfortable armchair positioned in front of the TV for your enjoyment. Heating is provided via electric storage heaters which can be controlled by the guest.

The apartment is located just 5 mins walk to the city centre shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Coventry University and the Main Bus Station are also located only a few minutes' walk away. The newsagent/off licence is located just 2 mins walk away where there is also an ATM. The train station is located about 20 minutes walk away
