It's fantastic! Staff amazing, actors so believable! Clean and we'll maintained. Visited on 2 occasions now, 2 days first time, 1 day the second. Still haven't seen everything! Only the choice of catering lets it down. Burgers, pasties, hog roasts. We would have liked option of purchasing sandwiches, fruit etc.
If you have been to the London Dungeon don’t bother seeing the dungeon here, same format, same so called scary nonesense, however the actors were very good. Eat in the Castle conservatory where they have real coffee and the staff are polite.
The Dragonslayer show was great but our experience with the staff knowledge, available seating, crowd control and ability to see attractions and events rated a 0 out of 10. It left me feeling angry and ripped off. Signage was more about promotion than directing people. We missed our slot for the dungeon show because parking was over 20 min walk away and ticket lines were long and confusing so it took us more than an hour to actually get inside the castle. Everyone in every queue we were in that day, and there were many, complained about the same things we did but mostly about lack of organisation by management which wasted a lot of time and impacted the customer experience. It wasnt cheap and it wasnt good.
Excellent displays and performances throughout the castle. The food is a little on the pricey side (take a pack up). Get there early to avoid parking in over spill car park (30 minute walk to castle from there). Spectacular views from the castle walls well worth the climb. The dungeon experience is definitely worth a look. The live war of the roses show is exceptional and well performed.
Take a picnic and blanket it’s not the cheapest place to eat and drink just think before you pay extra for the dungeon £9 each extra and then £20 for photo folder at the end you don’t have to have them but when you have children they want thenI don’t think it’s worth it sorry
Book tickets online for a better deal. We paid an extra £1 each for a 2-day pass!! A good idea in January in case the weather is unpredictable. Do at least one of the free castle tours...Brogan was a witty and informative guide.
Food was good, staff was friendly and accommodating, Rooms were good. Staff cheerfully sorted out a reservation problem we had created, Location is great, just off the main square of the city, and about 5-10 minute walk to Warwick Castle. The Globe bar is nice and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast food was very good, as was the service.
Prime location in proximity to Warwick Castle, only 2 minute walk. Staff is very nice. Room is clean. No elevator, however, when we informed the hotel that we travelled with elders - low floor room was perfectly arranged. Breakfast is nice.
