This stylishly designed three bedroom property is situated just 100m from Swansea beach, and just a 5 minute stroll into the town. With the beautiful Mumbles less than a 10 minute drive away, this is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. It features 1 bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. A smart TV with Netflix, Wifi, a fully fitted kitchen and combi boiler (instant hot water), washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. This home away from home provides the perfect base from which to explore Swansea, or have a relaxing night in.
Richard and Lauren will be on hand during your stay to deal with any queries or problems, and offer recommendations for the local area.
The best thing about the location is the close proximity to both the beach and Swansea town centre. Swansea beach is literally 100 meters away, and Swansea town, with its bars and restaurants, just a 5 minute walk in the other direction. The street itself is off the main drag, so traffic and noise is minimal. Being right near the centre of town, public transport is plentiful. The central train station is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. If you are driving - then the beautiful beaches that the mumbles have to offer are just 10 minutes away. The world famous, breathtaking Gower Coastal attractions are just a 20 to 40 minutes drive away.
