Recently decorated and newly furnished to a high standard. 2 bedrooms with 1 King Size & 1 Double bed. The apartment is in the heart of trendy Penn Hill. Which is only a few minutes drive to Bournemouth, Poole & Sandbanks beach. There is an allocated parking space plus additional free road parking nearby. Nestled away and accessed via a private service road the entrance & outside of the building is modest compared to the beautiful inside finish, don't be disappointed on arrival until you've been in!

Neighborhood info

Penn Hill is a super trendy local part of town offering a choice of 4 really good restaurants, 3 great bars & the UK's top award winning artisan bakery / cafe. Plus there is a yoga studio opposite if that is your thing! There is also a CoOp Local convenience shop at the end of the road where you can find everything you might need.
