Eaglet Property Management was founded in Bournemouth by Kinga and Wojciech. The idea for the company came after travelling around the world and realising that hotels just didn’t feel like home. Presently, there seems to be a gap between a host just accommodation and a host that maximizes their opportunity, service offered and the prospect of the highest possible yield for the rental. Having years of successful experience with our service accommodation across Bournemouth and Southampton, we decided to offer our expertise to hosts and owners. We have the motto ‘Let Us Do It For You’ offering hassle free solutions for you to get the most out of your property whilst gaining the maximum return and exposure.

Property info

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located apartment base. This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for businesses or students. The fifth-floor apartment (with lift) features a balcony with views to town. Please note that building is under construction. There is a bright open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms; one en-suite with a shower, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The apartment has electric heating, free WI-FI and we supply fresh bedding and towels.

Neighborhood info

This is city centre location, there is street view from the windows and balcony. Please note that building is under construction until April 2024. Apartment offer garage for guest, but if you have bigger car there are plenty parking around. The largest parking (Gloucester Square Car Park) is about 3 minutes; walk from the apartment, there is also street parking just next to the building but there are limited spaces. You have restaurants and city centre with a walking distance from apartment.
