Blackberry Cottage enjoy a fabulous rural location in the heart of the Garden of England, making it perfect for those who are seeking to enjoy everything that the Kent countryside has to offer. On the outskirts of the village of Sutton Valence, the cottage is surrounded by fantastic country walks, welcoming country pubs and the priceless peace and quiet. Blackberry cottage is a brand new, purpose built holiday cottage. Undergoing huge renovation in early 2020, everything was designed to maximise the enjoyment and relaxation of our guests. A single story property comprising of three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a main family bathroom and a large living space including a brand need kitchen with built in cooking facilities, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The inside of the property is well complimented by the unique outside view over one of the areas largest apple and pear orchards, a backdrop you would struggle to find any where else. With a secluded south facing patio seating area, overlooking the orchard, there is nowhere better to relish the evening sun whilst enjoying a relaxing drink or meal. With the Kent countryside literally on the doorstep, we are spoilt with fresh air, country walks and peace a quiet. We are only a couple of miles from the famous Leeds Castle, as well as many other great national heritage sites and just as many amazing country pubs, just as close!
