Stylish 2 bedroom BRAND NEW apartment with parking just off High Street in Central Cheltenham. The property is situated on the first floor of a converted period property with 5 flats in total. The whole building has been completely refurbished to a very high specification throughout. Although this flat is in a busy location, it is private and very quiet and it's located less than 5 minutes walk to the Brewery Quarter and the main High Street and only 10 minutes to Montpellier District.

Set just off of lower High Street, this gem is located 5 minutes walk into Brewery Quarter with ample bars, shops and restaurants as well as approx 12-15 minutes into the sought after Montpellier and only 25 minutes walk to the Racecourse (1.2 miles). Main High Street retail area is approx. 7 minutes walk. Nearest supermarket is Waitrose 3 minutes walk, 24 hours Tesco is approx. 7 minutes walk. Bus links just outside, easy access to Gloucestershire Airport, M5/ Wales etc.
