Brilliant location. Apartment was perfect for a couple of nights. The bed was extremely comfortable! The shower was great. Nice touch that there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathroom and cleaning products in the kitchen. Full kitchen. Excellent base to explore Cheltenham!!

We met in the Cotswolds five years ago and are delighted to now run this serviced accommodation business together. The maisonette is in a newly build (2020) with modern interiors. The property features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower. The lounge showcases a large sofa where you can relax, read and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea or coffee. The kitchen is the perfect space to spend an evening with good food and good company. And if the hustle and bustle of the city leaves you feeling exhausted, there is a comfy double bed to sink into. All the while you can admire the lovely Matisse artwork pieces throughout the maisonette. Please note, the property shares an entrance with a dog salon that operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Between those hours, you can occasionally hear some dog barking.

This modern maisonette is borders the charming regency area of Pittville and is in walking distance to the centre of Cheltenham and the lively brewery quarter. It is a stones throw away from brunch spots, Michelin star restaurants and some of Cheltenham's most renowned bars. Green spaces such as Montpellier gardens and Pittville park are only a short stroll away. The centre of Cheltenham has much to offer from a Tivoli cinema to the theatre. Cheltenham is also a known festival town.
