To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests are kindly required to choose one of the following options for damage protection when booking: Damage Waiver Fee – forty pounds (non-refundable) This covers accidental damage during your stay up to a certain amount, offering peace of mind without the need for a traditional deposit. OR Security Deposit – five hundred pounds (refundable) A fully refundable deposit is held in case of damage or rule violations. Please note: a ten pounds handling fee applies to this option unless the booking is cancelled before the check in date.
