Fabulous staff. Very large room and bathroom. Sheets and duvet were incredibly comfortable. 3 minute walk to tube station, plus the museums were right around the corner.,

The room was much more spacious than expected. Location is amazing with many coffee places and bars around. Right behind Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria station which makes it extremely easy to get places. Staff was always very welcoming and nice.
