We booked this hotel as an experiment (small room) for the location but the hotel surpassed our expectations. From the friendly and professional staff on reception who checked us in to the very well arranged room with every facility we could want it was all excellent. We agreed that while the room was small it was more comfortable and had better facilities than some far more expensive and bigger rooms / hotels. Particularly like the Brita filtered water tap.

My stay at Add Sloan truly felt like coming home. The service is exceptional — I can even place my room service order before checking in, and after a long flight, having my food ready in the room means everything. The doormen are outstanding: warm, funny, always smiling, and full of character. The front desk team is superb as well, consistently helpful and efficient with anything I need. The bar is spectacular, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable.
