We loved the place. They surprised us actually. It was my husband birthday and when we arrived at the hotel room, in the afternoon, there were balloons on the bad, a bottle of prosecco and a very delicious chocolate. Thank you one more time! Great surprise!

My stay at Add Sloan truly felt like coming home. The service is exceptional — I can even place my room service order before checking in, and after a long flight, having my food ready in the room means everything. The doormen are outstanding: warm, funny, always smiling, and full of character. The front desk team is superb as well, consistently helpful and efficient with anything I need.
