WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking is allowed at the property. External area leads on to Raithwaite Estate Grounds which has gardens and paths to explore.. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Within 1.2 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles, a pub. Clematis Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the North Yorkshire coastline.
