Lovely selection of locally sourced foods. Also we really appreciated the organic approach with all cleaning products and recycling being environmentally friendly. Everything was clearly explained and brilliantly organised. Kitchen very well equipped so that we were able to invite our family round for dinner! It was delightful to sit in the conservatory watching the squirrels: such an oasis in the city!

Guests will be welcomed by me or Phil. As there are children, we are generally around in the house to help answer guests' queries.
The best of both worlds: 5 minutes walk from lively Clifton Village, the jewel in Bristol's crown, with its many cafes, restaurants and shops, its Georgian architecture, and its famous suspension bridge (about 10 minutes walk). In the other direction it is about 15 minutes walk to Bristol harbourside, with restaurants and museums; the Theatre Royal and the main shopping centre are not much further. We are about 10-15 minutes walk from the University of Bristol and the BBC. The BRI is about 20 minutes. The flat gives onto a green, peaceful garden with plenty of wildlife: badgers, foxes, bats, birds... Parking is available on the private road immediately opposite my house. There are no time restrictions. We are within walking distance of the Suspension Bridge, Bristol University, Whiteladies Road, the Zoo and the Downs. Down the hill, you can walk to the Harbourside, We the Curious, and the centre, and from Hotwells there are ferries that can take you to the SS Great Britain and other attractions. There are bus stops in Clifton Village for Temple Meads Railway Station, the Bus Station, Bristol Zoo, Redland and the Centre, and for Southmead Hospital.
