The apartment itself was lovely, bit out of town and not the nicest surrounding area but the apartment was spot on for what we needed and was lovely and clean.

A delightful, cute 2-bed apartment, with flexible accommodation. Ideal for families, couples looking for a Norwich escape or business professionals travelling to the city. Within a 10 minute walk to the train station, our flat is tastefully furnished and styled to a minimalistic spec. It comes equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Free parking in a car park on your doorstep. Local shops, pubs & cafes within walking distance and the city centre within a 7-minute walk. House rules, 200 GBP fine for each rule broken: - No Pets - No smoking (300 GBP fine) - No drugs - No fires - No parties - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking at any time unless pre agreed - No unauthorised late check-out or early check-in - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys will result in a house rule being broken - Additional cleaning fee for BBQ use - No “loud” music to be played outside - Leaving the hot tub in unfit state/misuse - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents or injury as a result of using the hot tub. - No use of hot tub between hours of 22:00 - 07:00
