This large stylish 4-bedroom property is a semi-detached house with off-street parking in the popular area of Cheylesmore. It has an Asda supermarket around the corner, plus a variety of other shops to find everyhing you need. The street offers unlimited free parking in case you have more than one vehicle. The groundfloor has a very large open living/dining/kitchen area with French doors leading to the private garden, The kitchen offers ample worktop space, and has all the built-in equipment you would need such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven/grill, 5-burner gas hob, and a microwave. It is fully kitted out with all the things you will find in your own kitchen, including all glass wear, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. There is a large dining table with chairs, and the table can be extended to provide even more spaceif needed. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen smart TV, so you can stream all your favourite shows. Furthermore, the groundfloor houses a large double bedroom and a separate bathroom with spacious shower cabin. The first floor has two more double and one single bedrooms, plus a second bathroom with shower over the bath. Additional rules and requirements: * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us.

Neighborhood info

Cheylesmore is a sought after part of Coventry. It allows easy access into the city, but has also got direct links to the national road network. There are plenty of shops and pubs in the area, and Memorial Park is nearby. You will find the house to be located in a safe, welcoming area where you will enjoy a pleasant stay.
