Very comfortable, tastefully furnished, loved the wood burner for an autumn visit . Clean and had everything we needed . Good amount of parking at rear especially as we had 3 cars. Convenient for meal at the local pub.

Curlew Cottage is a cosy cottage in the historical village of Sedgeford. It is situated close to local attractions including Norfolk Lavender and Castle Rising. The lovely seaside town of Hunstanton is only a short drive away. Curlew Cottage offers accommodation with a patio and a BBQ area, around 10 km from Sandringham House Museum & Grounds. Located 13 km from Houghton Hall, the property provides a garden and private off road parking for two cars. Curlew cottage comes with 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, lounge area with flat-screen TV, Netflix, sound bar and Alexa. There is a lovely multi fuel log burner for cosy winter nights. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower mixer.Towels and bed linen are provided with cottage. There are plenty of activities to participate in including walking, water sports, cycling, wine tasting to mention a few. If you like to eat out then there are so many places to go. Try the Gin Trap at Ringstead for Sunday lunch or The Rose and Crown at Snettisham for an evening meal and of course, our local, The King William. Fancy a lovely breakfast, then walk over to The Old Store at Snettisham.
Sedgeford is a village not far from Hunstanton and is located in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding National Beauty. It has a local pub, the King William IV, and the famous Peddars Way ( an ancient Roman road.) and cycle route 1 passing through. There is also the Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project.( SHARP)
