The staff were friendly and the food was very good

Breakfast was great value for money Room was amazing Gym was a plus (didnt know you had it, but small and looked a little neglected)

Lovely peaceful accommodation.

Lovely hotel. Nice large room (we actually stayed in the same room 10 years ago) which has been updated since our previous visit. Lovely and clean. Food was excellent. It was also perfectly situated for our 11 mile walk.

Welcoming environment. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Efficient check-in and out. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Great view, clean property, good communication

Where do I start? What a fabulous experience at this hotel. Excellent location, exceptional facilities, and overall a perfect place to stay in Thornham. Furthermore, Jonathan was easy to work with to correct a small, weird billing error that was no fault of his. This is what every hotel should be like - highest marks, deservedly so. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heacham Manor Hotel. The building is stunning, surrounded by beautiful golf courses, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The staff were perfect – they welcomed us warmly, made us feel truly looked after at every step, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. The food was exceptional, with the salmon being the best we’ve ever had. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was fantastic, and the bathroom was a dream – both the powerful shower and the bathtub were perfect! Overall, it was a flawless experience and we would highly recommend Heacham Manor to anyone looking for comfort, and attentive service.

This stay was arranged as a base to catch up with friends. Our friends were very impressed with the Rose and Crown which was a great base for our weekend which was very successful

The character or the pub the fact that it's 600 yrs old and still standing . The quirky walls and uneven floors make it an interesting place to stay . The food in the evening was excellent and the breakfast in the morning again perfect .

Lovely balcony and bath in the bathroom

The staff was incredible! Every single person we encountered was extremely helpful and a joy.

The location was perfect, really quiet and lovely views. The room was really clean and fully equipped, restaurant food was lovely.

I would give this 10 out of 10...beautiful inside and out,..met some of the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

You felt you were being looked after in a home rather than a hotel. The atmosphere was quiet, calm and attentive. Good to see outsiders using the bar too
