We stayed when the property had been recently refurbished and it was perfect. Within a stroll of Rothwell- a beautiful old village with good pubs, fish & chips, Tesco and friendly Co-op shops. Very comfortable for 3, it accommodates up to 7. Very well equipped kitchen, large tv with Netflix, iPlayer and Freeview. Good central heating. Attentive service from the owners included festive decorations at Xmas, a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Davis House is a 4 Bedroom detached property in the historic market town of Rothwell. The property is set on a quiet estate with a private driveway suitable for up to 2 vehicles. Davis House is a clean, calm and cosy home from home for contractors working in the area or for families travelling for leisure. The property sleeps up to 7 guests (1 double bedroom, a twin room with 2 singles, a single room) The main living space features a comfortable sofa with smart TV and a dining space to enjoy a home cooked meal or a meal from one of the amazing local eateries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. We also provide a small welcome pack which includes; tea, coffee, sugar, some dish soap and a dishcloth. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The upstairs bathroom features a shower over bath. We provide the towels for you and your guests. The property also has a fully enclosed garden with a decked area and outdoor lighting.
