Cosy double room with lockable door. The room has built in wardrobe with plenty of storage, double bed, linen/bedding (and spares), small desk and desk chair. Room facilities include towels, hair dryer with attachments, small ironing board, iron and extension lead. Anything else you might need during your stay is likely to be in the communal areas. Please feel free to ask if you need anything and we will do our best to accommodate. The property consists of 3 double bedrooms in total therefore there is usually maximum of 3-4 people in the house at any given time.
Hello. I am your host, Aala. I look forward to welcoming you for your stay. Please make yourself at home when you arrive and familiarise yourself with the property and it's facilities. I've allocated some space in the fridge, freezer and cupboard for food. All kitchenware is in the cupboards and you are welcome to use anything you like. There's some shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available for you to use in the bathroom. Please let us know if there's anything else you need, we will do our best to accommodate. The property is situated on a street filled with popular restaurants, quirky bars and takeaways. Very good transport links including bus stops (1-3 min walk) or metro (15 min walk). The area is surrounded by some lovely parks if you enjoy a stroll (Heaton Park through to Jesmond Dene, 15min walk). Heaton is situated on hills above the Ouseburn, a tributary of the River Tyne. If you are visiting for leisure, I'd recommend you head to 'The free trade Inn' (35 min walk) for some lovely views of the Tyne bridge. Heaton is a district and suburb in the city of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, two miles east of the city centre (40 min walk). It is bordered by the neighbouring areas of Walkergate to the east, Jesmond to the north west, Byker to the south, and Sandyford to the west.
