The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, two doubles and one twin, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, sheltered decking, furniture and a barbecue, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Eaton House is a wonderful dwelling for exploring the East Riding of Yorkshire as a family. Note: There is a cot available which can be converted into a bed for up to a 4 year old - Please advise the owner prior to arrival if either is required No stag or hen parties

The small linear village of Beeford lies in the Yorkshire Wolds betwixt Driffield, Bridlington and Hornsea - yet within 10 miles of Beverley. The two main streets are lined with a mixture of old and modern properties. There is Post Office, butcher's shop, a pub and a fish and a chip shop. Additionally there are several churches lining the main street. Surrounded by rich agricultural land, Beeford is a good location for exploring the pretty market towns of the Yorkshire Wolds such as Market Weighton and Beverley. The seaside resorts of Bridlington and Flamborough lie a few miles to the east. The RSPB reserve at Bempton is only 14 miles away and during the summer the cliffs are alive with puffins, razorbills, cormorants and gannets.
