Our property is an amazing Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The building comprises of 4 separate apartments, or the building can be rented as a whole space. Due to the fantastic location, a car is not needed at our property as you have an abundance of award winning shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep! Local Attractions such as the Albert Dock and the Liverpool One shopping Complex are a 10 minute stroll away. Liverpool and Everton Football stadiums are a 10 minute taxi ride. We have excellent public transport links for bus, train and ferry routes. Liverpool Lime street train station and the Pier Head ferry port are 5-10 minutes walk away.

Myself and my business partner are Liverpool born and bred. We have loved watching Liverpool grow into a thriving city, attracting thousands of visitors and tourists every year. Liverpool is a city that appeals to everybody and thats one thing we love about it. Whether your into shopping, clubbing, eating, museums or art galleries, we have it all. Liverpool has welcomed some global superstars thanks to the Echo Arena at the Albert Dock. Liverpool is one city with hundreds of things to do!

Rodney street stretches close to the City's Roman Catholic Cathedral, near the Anglican Cathedral and runs parallel to Hope Street. This is the local high street of the canning Georgian Quarter and is one of Liverpool's official "Great Streets" and was also awarded the Great Street Award in the 2012 Urbanism awards.
