A beautiful flint cottage in the countryside, yet just a short drive from town and within walking distance of the local pub.. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, summerhouse and BBQ. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . This beautiful, semi-detached barn conversion, with original beams, has two large double bedrooms. With underfloor heating throughout, it has been furnished to a very high standard in keeping with its surroundings. Locally there are plenty of walks and places to explore including a great local pub/restaurant. Visit to the pretty medieval market town of Faversham, which is roughly halfway between Sittingbourne and Canterbury on the A2, the old Roman road linking Dover with London. The town has evolved to provide visitors and residents a warm welcome and choice of experience and a place to enjoy the fruits and local produce the area is famous for. There are over three hundred listed buildings in Faversham, recording its extraordinary industrial past.
