The location was perfect for us as it was 4 minutes drive from our training centre at Bound by Veterans. The caretaker helped sort out an issue with the radiator in the twin room without any fuss and helped move a bag of wood for us to use in the Rayburn and the wood burner. The beds were very comfortable and the Linen was lovely to sleep on. All the rooms were beautifully presented and of a lovely size, with excellent storage for clothing. It was lovely to be able to use both the cooker and the Rayburn to cook on. The shower was great as it had three different settings, and the plus of being able to have a lovely bath as well was a plus. The garden is delightful with a covered pagoda and fish pond. The property was lovely and quiet and had so much interesting history. I can't wait to book this property again.
