Best Western Red Lion Hotel

Hotel in Salisbury

In a beautiful 13th-century building, the Red Lion Hotel has an award-winning restaurant furnished with antiques. Handmade furnishings made on site feature in each individually decorated room. I had direct correspondence with the Hotel and the Reception Team was absolutely very professional, courteous and provided exceptional customer service. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and each and every time is a very wonderful experience. During this COVID 19 stay, I checked in with Dawn, and she had my Bill taken care of and explained the breakfast and dinner procedures. I was able to get a parking spot at the hotel and receptionist had arranged and reserved that ahead of time. I actually forgot things would be removed from the rooms due to COVID 19, and hotel receptionist (Dawn) asked me if I needed anything. I requested the following; cork screw, wine glasses, and adapter, she provided me with these items within minutes of my stay... Wow, very customer friendly. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the entire Hotel staff was exceptional and respected all the COVID 19 rules, and procedures for Hotels. Congratulations to the entire Red Lion Team, great job!!!! I appreciated the exceptional care and great services. The city of Salisbury is very delightful, and always a pleasure to Visit, and I am so happy the quarantine is finished allowing me to come visit very easily from Belgium. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Regards, Tiffany
