It was great. Little extras provided very unexpectedly too. milk, bread, butter, cereal & jam what a lovely touch. Very clean. Compact but we had everything we needed.

Cosy and comfy, situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of the Cotswolds, we are lucky to have several pubs close by (half hour walk, 5 minute drive). 10 minutes from the M5, easy access to Cheltenham (racecourse 15 mins). We back onto Kemerton Nature Reserve and Bredon Hill, for beautiful walks and access to great cycling (we can provide secure storage). Dogs welcome.
We are more than happy to help with anything you might need - local information, routes into the race course (we usually attend all of the meetings and can arrange transport for you). Walking routes, cycling routes, gardens, pub recommendations etc etc.
Quiet hamlet of Kinsham, backing on to Kemerton Nature Reserve. Parking on our drive at the front, or if you wish you can bring your car down the side of the of the house to park right next to the annexe.
