A little about Host Apartments… we are a young and vibrant team managing properties on behalf of the owner to give our guests a great experience during their trip to Liverpool. Whilst taking good care of guests this means that our clients can relax in knowing their property is being looked after by an expert team in hospitality. Managing over 130 holiday rentals in the city centre we have our own housekeeping team keeping apartments immaculate.

This spacious, airy and modern apartment has a stunning view of the River Mersey and the famous Liverpool Waterfront Docks through a beautiful ceiling to floor window in the lounge; a perfect place to chill and relax. Not only does the apartment include amazing views, but is located in a brilliant area for both leisure and and business travellers. Walking distance from the city centre and tourist attractions!! Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in central Liverpool, and close to all attractions and the best shopping centres. The block of apartments is a residential building, and is private and quiet. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, so we would appreciate if guests do the same in return.
