This is a lovely character 4 bedroom bungalow with excellent amenities. The decor is traditional yet modern and functional, providing washing machine, wifi connections and lovely spacious rooms with beautiful fireplace features within both the living room and bedrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could need to cook some lovely home cooked meals. Also various facilities to make your stay easier, i.e. hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, Smart TV, linen/sheets and towels. The Bungalow has 4 bedrooms, two with a Double bed, and two with a single bed. The living room also has a very comfortable sofabed. The bathroom has both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The property is a main door property, and has private parking in the driveway, and also has plenty off street parking. There is also a lovely large garden, providing a great opportunity for soaking the sun or spending some time getting quality fresh Scottish air.
I have enjoyed hosting people for some time now, and thoroughly enjoy when my guests have had a pleasant stay. I'd like to welcome everyone to my properties, and will ensure I can do everything within my reach to make sure your stay is both enjoyable and pleasant. In terms of my personal interests and hobbies, I am the grandfather of a very active 3 year old toddler, which as you can imagine takes up a large portion of my time! :)
The property enjoys an outstanding position for all the amenities that the vibrant town of Grangemouth has to offer including leisure and shopping facilities. Grangemouth also has excellent transport facilities with readily accessible motorway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond. Grangemouth is also near to the popular Helix Park and Kelpies, the Historic Callendar House and Park, and the famous Falkirk Wheel, a rotating boat lift connecting the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal. This property is also very centrally located to major industrial work places and therefore provides an excellent opportunities for people working close by. A home away from home.
