Located on the West Sussex coast near Chichester and Goodwood, Bracklesham Bay is an ideal British Beach location. This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction.

Delightfully appointed, Green Ridge is situated just a stone’s throw from Bracklesham Bay beach (2 minute walk) and is suitable for couples or families (including the dog). The property has a stunning open plan kitchen diner with huge dining table to seat 10, and squishy corner sofa with flat-screen TV. The house has a store accessible from the garden for you to pile in your water sports kit, wetsuits and sandy beach gear, and a handy outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the water. If you’re a classic car enthusiast you can tuck your car up in the garage, ready for the next day’s racing at Goodwood. The property is packed with luxury touches including Sonos sound system, rattan garden furniture and coffee machine. Bi-fold doors open the back of the house onto a patio and enclosed lawn. Bedrooms and bathrooms are split between floors, where you’ll find crisp linen and super soft towels. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach, under 5 minute drive to East Wittering village, 15 minutes from Chichester city centre and 30 minutes from glorious Goodwood. The house features a private driveway with parking for several cars.
