Newsam Crescent has recently undergone full refurbishment to sleep up to five adult guests across three lovely bedrooms. The property boasts everything you need for a pleasant stay with a modern kitchen including integrated appliances, a new bathroom, free WiFi, flat screen TVs, a private rear garden and free on street parking. The beautiful property is spacious and has a welcoming home-from-home feel throughout. The living room is bright, comfortable and a place where you can happily relax for a cosy night in on the sofas, or in the reading chair. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays with all cookware and modern appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals in the kitchen-dining area, casually in the living room, or even alfresco in the rear garden. Downstairs also features a handy WC and laundry room with washing machine and a separate office area with a large desk that is perfect for work or even video calls. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two double bedrooms and one single room. All three rooms have new comfortable beds, premium bed linens and ample storage space for an all-round relaxing, tranquil feel and a great nights’ sleep. Please note that the single bed can also be made into a double bed with advance request, increasing the occupancy to six. Please contact our friendly team prior to booking to arrange this. The family bathroom is also located on this floor and includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Outside you’ll find a great sized, fully enclosed garden with patio, grassed area, and outdoor seating. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
