Riverrun is a cosy dog friendly apartment located in the seaside town of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Sleeping up to five guests, this beautifully presented first floor apartment has everything you could need for a relaxing retreat on the coast. With two spacious bedrooms and an open plan living, kitchen and dining room complete with modern appliances, Riverrun is perfect for the whole family. ​ Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Riverrun is located on the east side of Whitby, so you’ll find restaurants, shops and pubs in abundance a short distance away. It’s on the East bank where you’ll find narrow, medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Venture over the swing bridge and you’ll reach the West side of town where you’ll be able to revel in the nostalgic seaside charm - head to the arcades or explore the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland, some of which can be explored just a short distance away from Riverrun. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.
