Please note that there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the top floor of the building. Apartment Sleeps 8: Living room: - Fitted with a large Smart TV - The Sofa Bed can sleep 2 guests comfortably. Kitchen: - Fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, Oven, and so much more! Bedroom 1 [Downstairs] - Fitted with a double Bed. Bedroom 2 [Upstairs - Open plan] - Fitted with 2 Double Beds. Bathroom 1 - The Master Bathroom has a Shower over the Bath, Toilet and Basin. Bathroom 2 - The upstairs ensuite has a Shower, Toilet and Basin. This apartment features beautiful exposed beams and rustic charm whilst also retaining a contemporary and light atmosphere - the perfect juxtaposition! Home Truths: - This apt. is located on the 3rd floor and has a lot of steps to climb. Nevertheless, the view from the bathroom is worth it! Overlook the iconic Liver Building from the ensuite! - Due to the authentic character of the apt. you will need to weave your way through a beam in the upstairs bedroom! - We like to be completely honest with our guests and although our apt. is beautiful, the communal areas are not managed by ourselves. We are in regular contact with the management company to keep them in good condition, but unfortunately, any repairs regarding the communal area are out of our control. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
