A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Because we are both local landlord and local agent, we have the unique opportunity to unashamedly shout about the delights of The Witterings with visitors far and wide, knowing instinctively what it takes to make a perfect home from home stay. As locals, we are on hand (usually a bike ride away…)if you need anything during your stay with us. Located on the West Sussex coast near Chichester and Goodwood, Bracklesham Bay is an ideal British Beach location. This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction.

This beautiful property is a short (5 min max) walk to Bracklesham Bay beach and fully equipped with everything you need after days spent walking, windsurfing, kite boarding or surfing on this stunning coastline. Iona features 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a large open plan living/dining area with open fire. A true home from home, Iona is filled with luxury touches, such as Neff appliances, superfast broadband and Sonos sound system. The house has a private driveway with parking for two vehicles and PAYG EV Charger. The large, enclosed back garden is equipped with furniture for your sole use. The property is located a few minutes drive from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops and trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.
