Clear and precise communication with the landlord prior to arrival and had no problem locating the key box. First floor apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and was clean and tidy. TV and WiFi worked fine throughout the property. The property is located in a small back street and has plenty of free street parking. Location is great for exploring Cheltenham with all shops and facilities within easy walking distance. We spent most of our time in the Montpellier region of the city which is less than 10 minute walk from the apartment and has more than enough bars and restaurants to choose from. Sunday market in the area is worth a visit, if you happen to be in the city on the day its held.
