The property was originally a 3 bed however it was extended to add a 4th ensuite bedroom This additional room is now the guest room. The guest room is on the side of the house that isnt attached so there is minimal external noise. The room itself is large and fully equipped. There is a king size bed with a flat screen TV at the foot. The TV is on a movable bracket so it can be pulled out to enable it to be watched from sofa. There is also a Firestick which will allow you to sign into streaming apps. The sofa is a lovely area to sit and relax, it can also be used as a sofa bed so it can be pulled out to allow up to 4 guests to stay in the room. There is a work desk and an ergonomic chair There is also a microwave, kettle, tea bags, milk and sugar, Tassimo coffee machine & pods, plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom has a large walk in shower where towels and toiletries are provided. The house has a triple driveway where a space will be allocated for the guest. There is also a secure facility to store push bikes. We do not allow visitors that arent on the booking The property is non smoking throughout
We are a couple in our 30s. We lead busy lives so we may not be there when you check in or see you much during your stay. However we are usually available to contact and we will send check-in instructions on the day of arrival. We also have a very well behaved German shepherd, he loves visitors and belly rubs. He isnt allowed upstairs so he wont be in your way. Please ask us if you have any requests or questions.
We are located in Kingswood, Bristol. The house is only a 5 minute drive from the ring road which provides great links to alot of local attractions, Such as the ones listed below: Brislington Park and ride 2.8 miles away Bristol City centre 5 miles away Bath City centre less than 10 miles Lansdown Park and Ride for Bath 7 miles Kingswood High Street 1.5 miles A few miles from the country side Bristol to Bath cycle track is 1 mile from the house and other cycle routes near by. Local pub, fish and chip shop and Tesco express within a 5 minute walk of house UWE 6 miles away MOD 7 Miles away Asda, cinema, bowling, Leisure Centre and restaurants within 10 minute drive Most takeaways can be delivered to the house via Uber Eats, Deliveroo etc.
