Welcome to our stunning 6 bedroom 3 bathroom regency town house located in Cheltenham. This property is split over 4 floors and features 6 bedrooms, 4 king beds and 4 single beds, accommodating up to 12 guests - making this the perfect place for hosting well needed get-togethers or celebrations. As you enter on the ground floor you will find yourself in the hallway. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area which has enough seating for up to 12 people. At the front of the house is an open plan kitchen/dining area that has a fully equipped spacious kitchen and dining table. The kitchen also houses a washing machine and dishwasher. If you take the stairs down to the lower ground floor you will first approach a door that will lead you into the garden, which accommodates outdoor furniture. If you follow the stairs to the bottom you will find a cinema room with a Blu Ray player and PS5 so you can bring your favourite games & films along! If you want to leave the games to us, look no further as you will find a games room already equipped with a football table to provide endless hours of entertainment. On the first floor is 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms on this floor accommodate a king bed. There is also 2 separate shower rooms available. On the top floor is 3 bedrooms. The first room accommodating a king bed. The second and third accommodating two single beds in each. There is also a main bathroom with a freestanding bath and a separate spacious shower. Parking is located on the driveway in front of the property and can accommodate 2 cars. Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay. PLEASE NOTE: A copy of ID for the lead guest (driving licence/passport) is required prior to arrival before check-in details can be released. The team will be in touch shortly after booking with further details.

We are situated on St Georges Place a short walk from the town centre and Cheltenhams iconic Promenade and Montpellier district. This property is a great base to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding towns and Cotswolds. It is also a great place for business groups as it offers Wi-Fi, a parking space for 2 vehicles and easy access to Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. There are several bus stops and taxi ranks in the town centre, a short walk from the house. On foot you can easily access the High St, Promenade and Montpellier area of Cheltenham. Similarly you can reach Pittville and the Racecourse if you wish to walk a little further.
