Les Dunes is a contemporary beach house only minutes from the dunes in Camber, East Sussex. Eco Friendly designed beach house, with heated floor and solar hot water. An invitation to escape the business of your everyday life, to slow down and relax in Camber, East Sussex, known for its relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy a long morning walk down the beach, or watching the Sunset with your feet in the sand. 1 min walk from the sandy beach 10 min drive from Rye, a pretty medieval town. 2 hours drive from London The space Set over three floors with a subtle French chic style, the property offer space for all the family. 1 Private patio with a shared wild feel garden on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms ( 2 super king, 1 twin) 2 Bathrooms ( one with a bath, one ensuite with a shower) Smart TV (Netflix) & Wifi 1 Private Ensuite Balcony for the Master Bedroom Open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, with a large terrasse for Al Fresco Aperitivo Washing machine, separate dryer & ironing board. Travel cot & High Chair ( we do not provide linen for children, bing your own for the travel cot) Meditation / Kids Play Room 1 min walk to the sandy beach Less than 10 min drive to Rye ( restaurants, cafes, antiques shops..) The gardens are shared space with a natural wild feel. The perfect beach house if looking to enjoy the stunning stretch of sand but close enough to picturesque Rye for a touch of culture. We will allow one well behaved dog for the additional fee of twenty five pounds payable before arrival.

Neighborhood info

The beach is only minutes from the property, climb the sand dunes and pick your spot, the choice is endless as the miles of sand stretch before you. The perfect spot for leisurely paddles, building sandcastles, body boarding in the safe shallow waters or soaking up the suns rays. The property is a great base for water sports, with Camber Kite surfing Centre close by and Rye Water sports only a 5-minute drive away. Both offer lessons and kit hire. Camber E-bike hire is 5 minutes from the property and with local cycle routes heading in both directions from the property, a great way to explore Romney Marsh or if you wish to leave the car behind and explore Rye.
